On this day in 2017, I chose to shave my head while living with family in Bangkok, only to return home and undergo an elective reduction mammoplasty (OK to ask me why!)

I’ve graciously been through many phases of life and the repeated lesson is: LIFE is both meaningful & meaningless; you are & can be whatever you want; and despite any & all hurtful, hard, negative, and heartbreaking circumstances or people that come your way, you forever & ever & ever have the power to rise above and be however you envision, want, and hope to be.

My 7-17-27 y/o self could never have imagined life now: ALIVE, curious, happy.

Patience for being in alignment with your values, visions, and especially self-love and respect will always trigger the Universe to mirror back exactly what you are and want in life.

Outside of Yoga, running as movement is finally fun for me—not meant to change my body or to overextend, but to continue to love to ride the internal wave 🌊🌊🌊
