Fly To Your Freedom🕊️ Swipe right ~ Here’s a set I recorded (full mix linked in the bio) picking out a few records which recently I felt connected with, each record has its own story, from finding them in a crate in Kenya at @realvinylguru , local charity shops, record fair in Brighton with my brother @ivaylow (shout out to @rob_lifedj @musicarchaeology for the tunes), London record stores including @vdslondon @tomerecords and a job lot sale in a market. Always diggin records with a message for the world.

There’s a reason why I chose to play this first record (Pretty Bird - Terra) and I’ve got no shame in saying this, when I heard this song for the first time - it brought me to tears, not of personal sadness or joy but of the current state of many people’s lives, being stuck in a cage (and often one that’s self created). It was a powerful moment.

Thanks to everyone who’s supporting this journey, I hope to share the experience with as many as possible.

Peace taken in London, United Kingdom by @sidforchange

Music2Survive - There’s real power in music to heal and transmit positive vibrations to uplift the world. We’re going through challenging times and this can be one outlet to raise awareness. Through the words, instruments and sounds; we can spread a message to the people.
.
I remember growing up when my father would be sitting in a dark room with his headphones on blasting music, little did I know the power it would have on him and us all to be honest.
.
Let’s keep sharing uplifting music and thank you all for supporting the journey that many of us are on. Thanks for all the inspiration.

I wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for my fathers influence, my mothers care, my family’s support & my close friends by @sidforchange

The World Is Changing 🌍
.
When we look around us, from one moment to the next, our world is constantly changing. We hold the key to changing our world and in the same breath we are helpless to what happens outside of our control. From the wars, genocide to friends and family. We also don’t know when our time will come. Our thoughts and ideas we have shape our reality, the inner world created the outer. The one thing that is constant is change, like the waves coming and going, the ups and the downs. The world we experience is there to teach us and guide us. Let this be a message to anyone reading this, the world is mind and as it spins, let’s maintain our balance and keep it fresh.

Recently had a throwback to this night at @feever.bar in Huê 🇻🇳 with my brothers @5hingo @hotin054 @dfreshdressed @smallmouse196 @hndrxx.ngo

There’s something real special about this spot owned by @just_kiddenn, they have a real appreciation for records and creating the right vibe. Their roots come the same Hip Hop Culture philosophy, making something outta nothing.

If you’re ever in the area, pay them a visit!! taken in Huế by @sidforchange
