12/9. What did I do to deserve you? And what a privilege to grow old (while still hopefully being fit) with you. My home. Anchor. Daily dose of happiness. Djentleman. Ride or die (literally). Favorite feminist. The wisdom I did not know I needed. My soul. And truly my whole.

When we first met I felt a strange, inexplicable sense of comfort with you - one that I’d never known before and couldn’t fathom for my dear life. But what I did know was that this safe space was that missing, most important piece of the puzzle - the kind that everyone deserves but very, very few experience. A love that is so selfless, so loud, one that engulfs you in all its magic. Now I know it was but a homecoming. ❤️

So close, no matter how far - and nothing else matters.

I don’t know if we can be any happier. But you always surprise me with how happiness is a conscious state of mind, one that just indefinitely gets better. Love you, my hot husband.

Happy birthday, Kanna. Thanks for everything. Fabienk. 😘 by @sidharthm0han

Who knew the best escape from the city would start just 5 km from its centre?

A year after discovering e-bikes and riding them around Europe, they’ve become our new favourite excuse to wander - through forests, along lakes, and into weekends that somehow feel much shorter than they are.

No license, no emissions, no aching legs. Only the freedom to disappear down trails you’d never stumble upon otherwise.

Seventy kilometres later, we were reminded (again) that some of the best adventures are hiding in plain sight.

Thanks, @sidharthm0han, for planning it, packing for it, capturing it, and editing it into something we’ll keep coming back to.

I simply provide the excessive romanticizing. 🌿😂 by @sidharthm0han

The original band WINDMINISTER was founded in 1979 by Eberhard Klunker and Olaf Wegener in what was then West Berlin. The name refers to the two musicians' escape from East Germany in 1975 – crossing the Baltic Sea at night in an inflatable boat.

The lineup included Renft musicians Thomas Schoppe and Klaus Jentzsch, as well as singer Christiane Ufholz. However, they didn't consider themselves a "Renft Combo West," but rather a group more inclined towards art rock. The band played two concerts in early 1980.

The technical possibilities available at the time couldn't do justice to the complex harmonic structures of Windminister's music. The results were unsatisfactory both on stage and in the recording studio. Therefore, the band project was soon discontinued.

With the hexaphonic electric guitar, which routes the sound of each guitar string to a separate guitar amplifier, it's now possible to optimally realize the musical ideas of that era.

A new band, WINDMINISTER, was founded, bringing the Windminister concept into the present with a new lineup, a new guitar sound, and new English lyrics.

WINDMINISTER – Lineup 2026:
• Magdalena Kosch (vocals)
• Eberhard Klunker (guitar)
• Sidharth Mohan (bass)
• Siddhi Shah (drums) by @sidharthm0han
