Our evening music section opened with the incredibly talented 11-year-old singer @ivebeenwren

What an amazing way to kick off the entertainment. Wren performed with confidence, talent and such a beautiful voice, capturing everyone’s attention from her very first song. It was wonderful to see such a young performer entertain the crowd with so much passion and professionalism.

Thank you, Wren, for helping make this year’s Sidlesham Fete so special. We can’t wait to see where your musical journey takes you – the future is certainly bright and we look forward to seeing you at next years Sidlesham Fete ⭐❤️

Our huge thanks to the fantastic team at @allpaws.dog.agility who kindly ran the dog show and dog agility. A great team, if you are interested in trying out dog agility please do get in touch with them & give it a go, the dogs enjoy it and we are sure you will too.

Also our many thanks to the wonderful team at @manhood_classics for organising the classic car display. There were a wonderful collection of cars. Thank you to everyone who brought along their classic car for people to enjoy.

A huge thank you to everyone who came to the Sidlesham Fete. Despite the very hot day it was wonderful to see so many people.

We would also like to say a massive thank you to everyone who helped make the day possible. It really takes a community to make the day possible from donations, baking, helping with set-up, running a stall, support from local businesses, organisations & charities, to every bit of help clearing away. So whether you came along, helped, donated prizes and items and helped in any way we are most grateful and blessed to live in a wonderful community.

We look forward to seeing everyone at next years event ❤️

‼️Important Fete Safety Update s‼️

Please note that with the current increased fire risk the fete is a strict NO SMOKING site.

This is to ensure we can continue to run the event safely for everyone.

With the warm weather and extreme dry conditions, even one discarded cigarette could pose a serious fire risk. In light of this we have cancelled the BBQ - apologies for any upset this may cause. There will be a hot dog stall as an alternative

🧯If you spot a fire, smoke, or anything that appears to be smouldering, please:

🚨Alert the nearest event steward / stall holder immediately. * If it is safe to do so, keep others away from the area.

🚨 Do not attempt to tackle the fire yourself unless you are trained and it is safe to do so.

🚨Follow any instructions given by event staff or emergency services.

The safety of everyone attending the Sidesham Fete is our top priority. A quick report can make all the difference. Thank you for helping us keep everyone safe.

Together, let’s make it a safe and enjoyable day for everyone. Thank you for your support. ❤️
