8 months of physically and mentally challenging myself & I’m finally seeing results in both areas. setting boundaries and remaining steady in the promises i made to myself has been such a rewarding and healing process. i still struggle with discipline, consistency, faith, boundaries and old habits but noticing change has been the strongest form of motivation.
i am so proud of myself & my circle. so much growth around me, blessed is an understatement🤍 by @sidneyrolanddd

you know when we were younger and your mama said, “so if your friend jumps off a bridge, that means you gonna do it too??”

as a kid, bridges and cliffs seemed scary - so ofc our response was always “no”

but now metaphorically, those bridges have become spontaneous adventures - long nights - impulsive decisions… all the while still remaining each others voice of reason and direction. helping each other in our spirituality and growing side by side thru our twenties.
resulting in irreplaceable memories and a friendship that will last us a lifetime.

for you, any bridge, any plane, any lifetime.
