The locals already know… but Sidney Scones is one of those little gems that makes living here even better.

These are NOT your typical scones. They’re freshly baked, locally made, and come in so many amazing flavours that choosing just one is basically impossible!

And here’s something you might not know… you can actually buy them frozen at local grocery stores and bake them at home!

Chelsea and her team have even made up to 1,900 scones in ONE day. 😳

It’s the last @sidneystreetmarket tonight of the season!! Oh how I will miss these fun and crazy nights! But alsoooo I’m 7.5 months pregnant at the moment, so it’s kind of perfect timing too 😉🥳

Swipe right to see the full list of flavours on this very last market. My faaaavourite one ever making its appearance - Black Currant Shortcake. Had to do something special for the last market! It takes hours to wash the tiny sticks and stems off of each of these local black currants - a true labour of love, that you can taste in every bite!
I made up a new flavour too - Cookies & Cream Dunkaroo - and oh boy is it ever amazing. The topping tastes like cookies and cream ice cream 🤤 On top of a honey graham dunkaroo scone, full of Oreos! Guava Cheesecake is also UNREAL, if you’ve never tried the combo 😍

The top six of the list are what are in the first picture! The market is on from 530-830pm, and the shop is open until 730pm. We can’t wait to see you on this last market night - in 5 minutes, woohoo!!

PUMPKIN SPICE LATTE SCONES!!! Yummm, first of the season today at the @sidneystreetmarket from 530-830pm. I make my own pumpkin spice mix, fresh espresso, pumpkin puree and then top it with espresso pudding whipped cream and pumpkin pie drizzle. Omg it’s SO YUMMY!

Scroll right to see Salted Caramel Double Chocolate Pecan for the market too. Inspired by @turtlesca chocolates 🤤 and then swipe again to see all the rest of the flavours for the market. Including… Almond Croissant 😍 I chop up croissants into the scone dough, add sliced almonds and homemade almond frangipane, then drizzle with almond glaze and toasted almonds and the classic dusting of icing sugar - a must try!

Shop is open until 7:30pm tonight too for Bubble Tea and all your evening espresso needs. We have a salted maple latte special right now that is sooo yummy, with salted maple cream top. Can get as a bubble tea if you want though too! See ya tonight 🥳💕✨

Hooray! The meet and greet with @jamieharkin is tomorrow at my shop (9762 Third Street, Sidney) from 1045am-12pm! And here is the final list we decided on for “A taste of Canada” menu, with a touch of Irish too!

SAVOURY
Poutine Scone - Canadian cheese curds, Fries made with PEI potatoes and a side of homemade Guinness gravy.
Prairies Pierogi scone. Apparently pierogis are big out in the prairies. A loaded bacon, green onion, sourkraut, and chopped up @mamma_museys_pierogi ‘s, drizzled with sour cream and sprinkled with bacon.

Plus two drink features!!
🍁 Salted Maple Latte or Salted Maple Bubble Tea. I made the most DELICIOUS salted maple cold foam. (I hate that it’s called foam! It’s whipped cream!! Just not fully whipped. Foam sounds gross!)
🍷Raspberry Cordial. Homemade, PEI inspired. Is my love for Anne of Green Gables showing?!! 😍🥳

Hi guys!! Just wanted to announce something really fun happening this weekend!! As some of you may have seen in a video I posted a few weeks ago, I had an influencer - @jamieharkin1 come into my shop, post about it and have a huge huge impact on my business in the best way. So many people saw his video and I had line ups around the block after he came in and so many of you that came in were just gushing about how much you love his content and his love for Canada... and so he told me he is coming to Victoria this weekend and I asked if he would please do a meet and greet at my shop!

I know so many of you would love to meet him, so this August 29th from 1045am-12pm, he’ll be at the shop to see any of you who would like to come and meet him!! How exciting! He had a great idea to do a “taste of Canada” menu, so i’ll be doing some fun scones inspired by different provinces and a couple from his home country of Ireland too! I hope you’ll be able to make it and gush to his face about how much you love his content and the positivity that he puts out into this world. He deserves to hear it again and again!
