I’m truly honored to be recognized as part of the #dmv35under35 list. To know me is to know how much the DMV means to me and to make sure our area is presented and documented the right way. Im blessed to be on a list with all these super powerhouses in our area.

Special shoutout to
@themediaprince @wibridgedc @just1pr for the recognition

I want to shine light on some folks that helped me along the way this year. First off my band @newimpressionz for always trusting me with the vision and being the brothers I need. And @djmarauder for staying by my side trusting me with the camera when needed 💐 by @sidvivid

As a lifelong GoGo fan, being able to photograph this moment was truly an honor. Witnessing and capturing @backyardband’s 35th Anniversary Show at @mgmnationalharbor is something I’ll never forget.

History was made. It was an unforgettable night for GoGo, for the culture, and for the entire DMV. Grateful to document a piece of our legacy through my lens.

Big ups to @raasanfuller @kaprimonique @anwanglover and the whole backyard family 🙏🏾📸❤️ by @sidvivid

Since 2016, I’ve had the honor of capturing Wale through my lens… from shows and Walemania to moments most people never get to see. What started as me taking photos turned into me witnessing the growth of an artist who’s always carried the DMV with him.

Everything Is A Lot feels bigger than just an album. To me,.. it’s a reflection of growth, perseverance, and staying true to yourself through every high and low. That’s something I’ve always respected about Bro. He’s never been afraid to tell his story, even when people didn’t understand it.

Growing up in the DMV,.. Wale’s impact means more than music. He showed us that someone from around the could be unapologetically themselves, create their own lane, and still make the world pay attention. He inspired a generation of creatives (myself included) and helped put a spotlight on where we come from.

Looking back, I’m grateful for every opportunity I’ve had to document this journey. Being able to capture these moments over the years isn’t something I take for granted. Thank you for the memories, the inspiration, and for continuing to represent the DMV at the highest level.
