Competing soon.

The last few months have been focused on family. Parkour took a back seat — not by choice, just how it went. Most of my training shifted to the gym, working my program with @moov_performance.

And honestly? I feel stronger than I have in a long time.

Now mostly resting and resetting at @managym. Slower, more intentional. Getting there. 🧠

Curious to see what comes out when it matters.

Save this if you know the pre-comp feeling.

There are two places I train now.

One is outside. Concrete, rails, gaps that push me. That’s where parkour happens, and where it always happened for me.

The other is this room. No audience, no spot, nothing that looks impressive on film. Here I don’t decide what we do. @prnaessens does. He builds every session at @moov_performance around what I need out there. My job is to show up and execute.

Philip, MOOV and I are turning this into a program. Stay tuned!

2 minutes in the ice after the heat of the sauna — that’s where the real work happens. Contrast therapy isn’t comfortable, it’s controlled discomfort on purpose. What are you willing to sit in for two minutes if it means getting better? @mana.clubs taken in Eindhoven, Noord-Brabant by @siebepk

That step-up looked too high to make sense — until I gave it a go, staring down a jump nobody’s landed in Eindhoven before, pushing my own limits.

I knew I had the legs, I knew I had the power — sometimes you just have to give it a go and find out. Great session with @carylcordtmoller pushing me to actually commit to the stick.

What’s the one you already have the strength for, but haven’t given a go yet?

The video’s up.

Yesterday you saw the picture. Today you see the jump. one of the wildest finds I’ve had in Vancouver.

Even @domtomato couldn’t believe it landed first try.

Mission complete. 🏆

@siebepk first time competing in the sport parkour league wasn't without some controversy 🫣 but he left champion of the world - can he hold onto it this year at SPL5?
