The last few weeks have felt so surreal ❤️

Getting to compete at the Palais this year with one of the most incredible teams was something I’ll forever be grateful for. To the girls who made this year so special, thank you!

Last weekend was Royal South Street, a competition that little Cali girl me always dreamed of. It turned out to be one of the most special weekends, with two of my favourite performances I’ve ever had on stage.

For the first time in a long time, I wholeheartedly believed in myself. Something I hadn’t felt in quite a while. It feels like a little spark has been reignited, and I can’t explain how exciting that is!

This year has reminded me just how much I love this sport. Sometimes it takes a little hiccup to rediscover the love that was always there.

To my beautiful coaches @jdoigyyyy and @pennyd27 thank you for believing in me, pushing me and helping me find that confidence again. To my @cerescalisthenics family, thank you for the unwavering love and support, and of course my queen @kattbastt the follow spots. 🫶🏼 & the most amazing hype girl and costume creator @kdoigs_ thank you for making me feel so special! And of course my no.1 supporter @julie.tainsh ❤️ I couldn’t do this without you!

It really does feel like this is only the beginning of a new chapter, and I couldn’t be more excited for what’s to come.
