So grateful to have captured this incredible day at @coombe.end for these two, surrounded by their nearest and dearest. The rain held off for the ceremony and just long enough for a few pictures before the heavens opened as we ran back towards the manor. Very Wuthering Heights, which somehow felt just right.

And I popped back the next morning to say goodbye and found these two casually sitting on a wall looking very cool, so obviously had to take one more on my beloved Mamiya 7.

If it means I get more time here on earth with my babies… then I’m doing it.

The before moments before I shaved my head… and damn it was not easy to be honest. I feel like I had no idea/seen how hard emotionally it would be to have the C word. I feel bad not being there better for other cancer patients prior. Cancer has stripped a lot in me; having to be strong when I don’t want to be, my hair🫣

I don’t even know what to exactly type as I post this raw video as I was prepping to shave my head and trying on my wigs again to make it maybe feel easier to shave my head. But damn it was not easy..

I couldn’t have done this without my sisters and mom there for me.

Please don’t take your health for granted. I’ve said that line a million times but what I would give to just be healthy and be a mom.

Im still in so much pain in my legs but I don’t think it’s correlated with my cancer that they found behind my collarbone.. health update to be continued..
I’m going to beat it, my daughters need their mommy.

Ps. Don’t judge my dreadlock hair, I was trying so hard to savor it till when my sis came in town to help me shave my head. My hair barely made it, as you can see my hair was falling out in chunks.
