One of our most popular cake flavours, it’s been on the menu for over four years now and we simply can’t take it off.

When the lovely Ella from @_westerly came to visit at the beginning of September, we couldn’t resist having a little fun with a veil. 🤍

A little romantic, a little playful, and such a beautiful way to capture the cakes.

Thank you, Ella, for always bringing the magic. ✨ x

J & A ✨
Still pinching myself that this is what I get to call my career, after 20 years as a chef 👩🏻‍🍳
So grateful to have brought this HUGE 70cm diameter (2.1m circumference) wedding cake to life for such a beautiful wedding at Sandalford.

Josephine’s vision was a BIG Italian-style berry topped cake. With White Chocolate, Almond & Raspberry on a custom made board ✨

With an incredible team behind it all ✨

✨ Cake Tastings are back ✨

We’ve added a couple of new tasting dates to the website before peak wedding season is officially here, (although our season hasn't really stopped this year). ✨

Take your box home and taste everything at your own pace.

✨ Collection only from our Dianella Studio
✨ Limited dates now available online
- 22/8, 29/8, 12/9

Your tasting box includes:

• Spiced Maple Tahini
• Strawberry Pop Tart
• White Chocolate, Almond & Raspberry
• Chocolate Espresso Martini
• Trio Noir (Triple Chocolate)
• Coconut & Finger Lime Mojito
• Lemon & Blueberry
• Passionfruit, Orange & Elderflower

Once peak season begins, tasting dates are scheduled around our wedding bookings and are generally only available approximately once a month, so if you’ve been waiting to taste, now is a beautiful time to do it.

We’re heading back to Matilda Bay ✨🤍
After all the magic of last year’s Open Day, we’re so excited to be returning to Matilda Bay again this year.

Last year we created The Petal Chandelier; over 12 hours of baking, creating and hand-cut petal work, brought to life alongside an incredible team of creatives.

We can’t wait to see what magic comes together this year… ♡

Over-iced, over-the-top and perfectly imperfect, in the best possible way. ♡

Finished in the softest blush pink ganache, with layers of buttercream inside. A little playful, a little romantic, and designed to make a statement.
