Blue hour with @samanthathebat 🖤

I’d been wanting to shoot at this time of day forever, so Samantha and I finally went out to test it. I had the mood board, she had the location and the styling, and the plan was to shoot in a field with tall grass.

On our way to the clearing, we stumbled across this little creek that she didn’t know was there. We were both so giddy about finding it that we had to shoot there.

This is one of my favorite things about taking photos—the curiosity, the discovery, and the intimacy of the moment when you both just know, “oh yeah… THIS is going to be good.” And it was!!! 🫶🏼
