Putting together my story in just 40 seconds was hard. As I looked over memories of times when many thought I had it all and at times I thought I had it all too.. I realize how still utterly lost and sad I was. Putting together this trailer for how my life changed in just 40 short seconds was a battle within itself. How can we sum up our biggest shifts in under a minute? I’ve found the story really doesn’t even matter but what does matter is the outcome… I’ve finally found my peace. 🙏🏼 #efrystoryteller #remoteyear #EFRYStoryteller @remoteyear @extendedfam.ily

🌙 In the beginning… on my journey to start making changes within myself I thought everything was about self love and positivity.

I’ve learned the true growth is facing the pieces of yourself that make you uncomfortable. The pieces that maybe if you were honest about you would feel shame.

I love this deck because it holds space for both the light and dark pieces of yourself.

This is the perfect ritual to add into your daily journaling or just things to reflect on during your day.
