It is with a heavy heart we share the passing of Navam Kaul, an alumni of Sigma Chi Rutgers. For those who didn’t know Nav, he was someone who smiled wherever he went. He worked hard in all aspects in life, and most importantly, was one of the most selfless people you could know.

Those who knew Nav can strongly vouch to his ability to light up a room with his humor and kindness. This chapter will always remember how Nav showed up for us and how he helped tie our brotherhood together throughout his time here. We are incredibly fortunate that Nav chose Sigma Chi as his home during his time at Rutgers.

His positive influence on those around him was the kind that made you wish you had more people alike to him in your life. While Nav may no longer be with us, his memory, his impact, and the brotherhood he helped strengthen will always remain a part of our chapter.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family, friends, and all those who have been impacted by this.

This summer our brothers had the opportunity to attend the Huntsman Retreat of Excellence, the Krach Transformational Leaders Workshop, and Horizons Leadership Workshop. We were proud to be recognized at these events for raising over $26,000 for the Huntsman Cancer Foundation this past school year. We look forward to taking the lessons that we’ve learned back to campus for another great year. In Hoc. by @sigmachirutgers
