Today, we’re reflecting on our value of friendship with Dove Duo @celine.price and @magnoliamoore 🕊️🩵Reflecting on their friendship and recent summer adventures…“From the moment I met Magnolia I knew that we were bound to be best friends. Going through the big/little experience last fall I was so nervous that I wouldn’t click with any of the new members, but then I met Magnolia. Even though our first big little date was at 7am we both couldn’t stop talking and laughing the whole time. From that point on we’ve been practically inseparable, throughout football games, ice cream dates, SK functions, and late night movies. When Magnolia told me she wanted to visit me this summer I couldn’t have been more thrilled. For her first time to Michigan, I knew I had to show her my favorite place to go each year. Mackinac Island has always been a place full of happy memories for me, and I’m so thankful we were able to make even more together. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better little and best friend.”- Celine Price “My amazing big, Celine, welcomed me to her home in Michigan and gave me the opportunity to experience her favorite Michigan tradition this past week! The scenery, activities, and food on Mackinac Island were nothing less than outstanding. However, what made this trip truly special was being able to experience it with Celine. As a new member, it was intimidating to develop friendships, hoping in the back of your mind that you were creating a foundation for life. I am forever grateful for every conversation, every laugh, and every meal I have shared with Celine because she has taken me on a journey I never expected. I think it’s the little things: a sweet treat to pick me up after a hard day, a laugh, a hug, a meal together every night, and, of course, the jokes that have us sobbing on the floor (but are completely stupid and probably not as funny as we think they are).
