🥂 to another 365 🩵

Life has a funny way of reminding you that life reflects nature and ‘seasons’ aren’t just about changes in the weather. This next season is personal and I plan to make it the best one yet!!

I also plan to release myself from the spirit of being a DIY girlie but for now…

Some times the push and pull between my corporate career and my creative passion definitely feels like “is it Oochie Wally or is it One Mic?!” 😭😂💀

To another 365 🥂🥳 No birthday photos this year.. Instead I’m looking back and reminiscing on times of joy that brought me here!

For the past few months I’ve been working on getting more comfortable with releasing things. I’m hopeful that by loosening my grip, letting go of control and letting go of what isn’t mine to carry I will make more room for the parts of life that come with ease instead of force.

So in the spirit of releasing things lol here’s something that’s old to me but new to y’all!! I have so much content that never saw the light of day 😩 but I’m reminded that my creations don’t have an expiration date.

Let me know if yall want to see more visualizers from the archives! Lol

Cheers in advance to 2026 🥂 Is it too early to claim it as my best year yet?

Another Monét Production! Photography, makeup, styling, hair by me 💁🏽‍♀️ (even though I ended up not liking the hair after it fell 😅)

I took these photos as a test shoot when I decided last minute that I wanted birthday pics and couldn’t find someone for a 72 hour turnaround and had to learn how to use my camera for photos lol

The beauty in this is that many of the shots I liked came from the fact that I was learning and still didn’t have a full grasp of my camera settings.

As a recovering perfectionist, I want 2026 to be the year I move forward with “good enough” instead of being stunted by waiting for perfection.

How do we feel about women traveling solo?

Personally, I stopped waiting.. started going!

The world doesn’t pause while you wait for the right time, the right person, or the right circumstances. At some point you realize, you ARE the right person.

Solo travelers, what has been your favorite solo destination? Where are we going next?
