Today, the UK, Australia, and Canada have officially recognised Palestine. A homeland to millions of Palestinians that they themselves have been complicit in destroying.

When are they going to recognize that the Zionist occupation called “Israel” is committing a genocide?

When are they going to recognize that supplying weapons and funding makes them accomplices to these crimes?

When are they going to recognize that freedom, justice, and dignity for Palestinians cannot be delayed another day?

This is the bare minimum. We should not be praising politicians for crumbs of recognition while bombs still fall and lives are still stolen.

The time to act is now.
The time to hold our complicit politicians accountable and pressure them to call for sanctions against the Zionist entity, is NOW. by @signedstranger

Assata Shakur taught me that freedom comes through struggle, through refusing to accept the world as it is, and through building power with ordinary people against impossible odds.

She never stopped teaching, writing, and fighting for justice. She reminded me that resistance doesn’t always look like winning in the ways we’re taught, in fact, in most lifetimes we might not win at all. But our resistance remains in our refusal to give up, refusing to let empire define us, and refusing to accept their terms and bow down to their systems.

She spoke about struggle, about survival, about the fact that freedom will never come from begging the state, but from ordinary people rising up and building something new. Together.

Rest in power Assata and may we continue to this fight until we are all free. ❤️‍🩹🕊️ by @signedstranger

For the martyrs, for the mothers who bury their children, for the fathers separated from their families, for the children that never got the chance to grow up, for the freedom fighters that stood their ground and fought for their homeland to be free, for the families that survived this genocide: we cannot and must not rest.

We must not let a moment of relief become an excuse for silence. This is not the end. Ceasefires can be phases and only the first phase has been accepted. Words from the Zionist occupation are almost always hollow and can never be trusted.

Which is why we must keep organizing, escalating, and showing up for Gaza.

Organize strikes, escalate in the streets, support Palestinian-led relief and mutual aid, amplify genocide survivors’ voices, and demand accountability for every war criminal. Use whatever privilege you have to protect those whose lives are treated as disposable.

We owe them more than moments of sympathy. We owe them relentless action until all of Palestine is free.

May the people of Gaza finally find some rest — even if only for a moment — and a fragment of peace after enduring a nightmare no human should ever face.

May the world never forget the scale of what they’ve survived, nor the strength it took simply to keep living through it. May their nights be quiet, their skies clear, and their hearts allowed the stillness they’ve been denied for far too long. by @signedstranger

New opinion piece by @signedstranger:

What does Zionism look like when it stops speaking the language of Netanyahu and starts speaking the language of progressivism?

“What Flavour of Zionism Do You Want, America?” looks at Kamala Harris, Abdul El-Sayed, Zohran Mamdani, and the way Palestinian solidarity can be absorbed into the very political institutions that continue to arm, fund, and protect Israel.

Eid ul Adha is the second biggest celebration for Muslims around the world. This auspicious occassion is a reminder of full submission to our Lord and also a day to celebrate with our community.

Whether you are preparing for the festivities or are someone whose learning about Eid for the first time, you can take this as a sign to uplift families in Gaza.

We encourage you to remember our kin in Gaza this festive season by participating in our campaign. Give to families in Gaza so they can treat the little ones with new clothes and sweets. 💕

How can you help?

🌟 Donate to the @coffeesforgaza families by using the linktree in the bio
🌟 Share this campaign with family and friends
🌟 Continue to support families in Gaza throughout the year by becoming their monthly sponsor

Solidarity is a verb that requires consistent support and efforts.

Eid is a time, we should be caring for families in Gaza by sending direct donations that they can use to make memorable moments with loved ones.

The slides features photographs shared by @basel.pal95 @najatfamily @nosiba.mihjez and @skaikameera during Eid ul Fitr earlier this year. Despite the challenges, the young parents made sure to shower their kiddos with love, care and presents.

We are so grateful to celebrate these special moments with them.

So many stories to share, so many different situations I’ve experienced over the past couple of months. Many of them were good, a lot of them were just sad and then there are moments like the one above, where you look at someone and realize you never truly knew them at all.

Or maybe this is exactly who they always were, and it takes conversations like these to finally show us the truth.

From Jabalia, from every street in Gaza and every refugee camp that has carried loss and resistance, we hold their names close and refuse to let them fade into numbers or memory alone. They are alive with our Lord, and they remain alive in the work we must continue to do.

To honour them is to stay together; in community, in care, and in collective resolve. To keep showing up online and offline. In whatever capacity we can, always in service of Gaza, always in service of Palestine.

The work for liberation does not pause.
The work for freedom does not end.
It is carried by us now, through refusal of silence, refusal of normalization, refusal of forgetting who the perpetrator is and what they have done to the Palestinian people.

We walk this path together. answerable to those who gave everything, and answerable to a JUST God who will ask each of us: what did you do, and what did you give, for Gaza?

Never lose sight of what matters.
Never lose sight of Gaza, or of all of Palestine. by @signedstranger

Beloved grandfather and father Hajj Khalil Salman Al-Najjar passed this past Thursday November 6. He is loved and remembered by his family, including his grandson @khalil._.alnajjar_21

Please support this family as they are trying to merely survive while grieving.

From Sudan to Yemen, from Libya to Palestine — the UAE’s empire is built on blood, gold, and betrayal.

Behind its image of “modernity” lies a network of wars, mercenaries, and counter-revolution, crushing every movement for liberation across Africa and the Arab world.

Right now, El Fasher is living through hell. Under relentless siege and bombardment, its people are being starved and massacred while the world looks away.

Don’t feed this empire. Boycott the UAE. Expose it. Confront it wherever it hides behind luxury and lies. by @signedstranger

Saleh’s Will translated.

In the name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Most Compassionate.

All praise is due to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, who said:
“And never think of those who have been killed in the way of Allah as dead. Rather, they are alive with their Lord, receiving provision. by @signedstranger
