how my little library was born 💛

💙 first: the companion for coming home through religious trauma, spiritual abuse & faith deconstruction — my own coming-home story

📝 then: the poetry journal — a soft place for all the in-between feelings

📖 then: My Trustworthy Heart as a children's book — so kids can learn early to trust their instincts, be themselves, and be a good friend

it went backwards, really. healed the grown-up me first, then wrote for the little me. and now for little ones everywhere ✨

This is exactly why I wrote it.

For years I was told that being "spiritual" meant getting smaller.
Quieter. More compliant.
That my intuition was dangerous and my personality needed to be laid down.
