been a while ya’ll. here’s some of my fitness progress for you.

4 years ago, march of 2022. i was 18, stoned, and the size (and color) of a stem lmao.

all the rest are from this week, after about 7-8 months out of the gym.

the 16th was two years post accident. two years of eating everything in sight and working my ass off to never be as small as i was again.

definitely not where i want to be with my back, but we’re getting somewhere. need to gain quite a bit more on the bulk, but stick along for the ride, we’ll see the cut eventually.

lost a bit on the biceps during my break. i wish i had stayed consistent, but working on cars while hitting the gym 5 times a week was not happening.

proud of my chest, however can’t post any flexing of it yet. let me get about $11,000 then we’ll see 😂

juicy forearms. at this point i just need to keep them consistent with the rest and build up my wrists somehow.

if you made it this far, you’re awesome. drop me some workouts you think should be on my split.

if you want to check out my workouts, feel free to follow me on Hevy, and don’t forget to use my code whenever you need some Bucked Up (both links in bio 😉)

jayden,
you know how much music means to me, because we’ve always shared that. so let me tell you how in love with you i am, the best way i know how.

hello, i’ve waited here for you. everlong. (foo fighters)
i will make you believe you are lovely. (twenty one pilots)
i used to say “i wanna die before i’m old” but because of you i might think twice. (twenty one pilots)
oh, aking tahanan. (adie)
you’re the apple of my eye. girl, i’ve never loved one like you. (edward sharpe & the magnetic zeros)
pay a visit to the doctor ‘cause i have a sweet tooth for you. (cavetown)
i’ll be your man. (joji)
i find the proof of god in every single word that you speak. (front porch step)
even if the earth starts shaking, you’re the only thing worth taking, ooh, with me. (the neighborhood)
ooh, who would’ve thought i’d get you? (daniel caesar, kali uchis)
where you go i’ll follow. no matter how far. (daniel caesar, h.e.r.)
yeah, yeah, yeah, i’ll follow you. (twenty one pilots)
how could i ignore you? trust me i adore you. (rex orange county)
for you, i would get beat to smithereens. (twenty one pilots)
that’s because i’m a good old-fashioned lover boy. (queen)
i’m high on believing that you’re in love with me. (blue swede, björn skifs)
ain’t no mountain high, ain’t no valley low, ain’t no river wide enough, baby. (marvin gaye, tammi terrell)
do you know how in love with you i am? (christian leave)
no one understands me quite like you do. (landon pigg)
it had to be you. (frank sinatra)
the angels up in the clouds are jealous, knowin’ we found somethin’ so out of the ordinary. (alex warren)
i won’t hesitate to give my all for you. (front porch step)
if i’m coming off too strong it’s ‘cause i’ve waited far too long for someone just like you. (ben platt)
you’re a butcher with a smile, cut me farther than i’ve ever been. (twenty one pilots)
you will be mine. (sleep token) by @sil.atticus

this video is from just a few days after my accident. when i hit the asphalt i didn’t know if i was ever going to walk again. hell i was scared i’d close my eyes and they’d never open again. i’m grateful for those i love that have taken amazing care of me every step of the way (especially the love of my life @jayden.greyy and her family i’m blessed to call my own). without all of you checking in on me and being by my side i would be in a dark place. i’m only a little over half a month off the operating table, but i’ll be back on two wheels annoying you all in no time. thank you all for everything 🫶 by @sil.atticus
