I wrote a song called ‘highways of my fears’. It’s about navigating the ups and downs of depression, accepting its chaotic and inconsistent nature, and making an active decision to stand up to the darkness in your mind. This song is for anyone who is battling any type of darkness. There’s a light at the end of the tunnel. The first step is believing it’s there✨ We recorded a live session at Rift Studios in May and I’ll be sharing it this Sunday 7.7.24 at 10am. On May 4th we recorded a new tune called “highways of my fears” @riftstudiosnyc. First time in a minute that I’ll be putting some new music out 🙃 Excited to share footage of our live session shot/directed/dp’d by one of the most wonderful humans I’ve been so lucky to get to create with this past year, @clarkeleland of @candleprodny✨ But before I share what we’ve cooked up, I wanted to take a second to thank the incredibly talented band who dedicated their time and energy to bring this song to life ♥️
