IVE MASTERED IT 🎓

This isn’t about becoming apart of the 9% of Black women who hold a Master’s degree. It’s also about being part of the 0.77% who hold an engineering degree overall. In a field dominated by men, for the past 10 years I hope I’ve helped and continue to pave a way. This journey definitely has not been easy but I stood the course. This required a lot of dedication, resilience, and strength.

It took a while but finishing while being a new mom and navigating postpartum has not been easy. I want my son to know that even when you are stretched thin, feeling the weight of it all, you can still do it!

When God orders your steps, the finish line feels different.
The little girl in me is super proud right now.

Welcome to the world our baby boy Maxwell Alexander. Little does he know, we’ve been dreaming about him for the longest time.

On September 6th, baby boy blessed us with his presence.
