🎁🤩💎 ShadowRunning 🤣💎🤩 his first 20 km ever ❤️🌞💎
.
🌞🌞🌞 I had the pleasure running with a Liverpool guy this morning - his best ever 15 km run.

🌞🌞🌞 Since we had a serious run&talk he was inspired to practice - breathing, sprint and 20/80 running rule.

🌞🌞🌞 Autumn goal for him is a 25 km lean inn running - plan is made ❤️🎁❤️

🌞🌞🌞 I am proud that my friend @janclare70 handles Ironman, triathlon and marathons and more to come - shadow coaching 🤩🤩🤩
