We welcomed a beautiful baby calf into the world today, and what a blessing it is! Watching new life begin on the land we care for is always a humbling reminder of why we do what we do.

Mama and baby are doing great. Grateful for these moments that make farm life so special.

Our last irrigation water for now . Trusting and praying we’ll get more water soon.

Farming and ranching teaches you to hold onto faith through every season. The pastures are green, the cattle are happy, and we’re grateful for every drop of rain that we got this week. by @silepastures

What a day at this year’s Edible Taste of Grassfed

We took home People’s Choice 🥇1st Place… again this year🥇and we couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you to everyone who showed up, tasted, and supported.

We were paired with @vmcoffee @chefyoyotorres who absolutely nailed it, creating the tastiest sandwich with our beef. We loved collaborating with them and bringing something truly special to the table.

Huge thank you to @ediblenewmexico and @grassfedlivestock for putting on such an incredible event, and congratulations to @sweetgrassbeef and @sf.chef.kester on winning Judges’ Choice 👏🏽

Grateful, honored, and already looking forward to next year.

We teamed up with @dans_boots_saddles_official and @purina for something really special out here on the farm.

A Purina rep @joramrobbs came out, pulled samples from our pastures and water (which came back excellent)and helped us get a clear picture of what our cattle may be lacking nutritionally. From there, they created custom, all-natural mineral tubs tailored specifically to our land and herd.

It means a lot to know our cows are getting exactly what they need, straight from the source.

Grateful for local partnerships that support the health of our animals and the integrity of what we raise.

Big thanks to @dans_boots_saddles_official for this opportunity. by @silepastures
