We are so grateful to been able to collaborate with our friends at #commonthread and @fountainhouse hosted by our friend @caseyrosengren to support mental health through the arts and community!

@aaronsanchezsxe @iverds.06 @cuervodrums coming together for an acoustic set!

It was amazing to be have been surrounded by great storytellers and musicians that embodied resilience!

So excited that we will be announcing the official release of first single “Fly away” within the next coming weeks!

Our next acoustic performance will be for the showcase hosted by senator @josephp.addabbo on 10/26!

We are so happy and honored to have been able to participate and provide sound for the very first “Artist Showcase” hosted by senator @josephp.addabbo at the @fhjc_official

We want to give huge thank you to @rai_graziano for coordinating with us and making our job and experience smooth and amazing!

We are so happy to promote the arts in our beloved borough #queensny 🙌🏻🙌🏻

Silk Feather Sun is so happy to introduce Randell Pierre-Lys @rpms3 as our very own live sound engineer! He’s going to be the mastermind behind the board moving forward! Also happy to let everyone know, Randell is open to collaborate with any and all musicians and/or provide sound engineering services for events! Hit him up! 😎😎

We’ve been awfully silent lately, we’ve been working on the final touches of our EP! Our 2025 resolution is to perform as much as humanly possibly! Can’t wait to see everyone soon!!

We want to wish everyone and their family a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! See yall filthy animals in 2025 🎉🎊🙌🏻🍾

Last up on the band spotlight: the newest edition to Silk Feather Sun, Mr. Jorge Reyes on the Keys and Saxophone! He is a composer in his own right with years of performance experience! He specialized in adding new colors to the music! Those who know him know that he brings “Black Air Force ones” energy to the band #iykyk 🤣😎

Next up in the band line up, the Mexican Tasmanian devil on the drums, Mr. Noe Salas @cuervodrums ! Just as dynamic as he is versatile from hard rock to funk to jazz to Latin music, Noe can only be compared to an octopus who looks like he is playing with 8 limbs at all times!! 🐙👹
