If you are looking for a light escapist read totally inapplicable to modern times, you’ll like Red Demon! Like any writer, I wrote it to get rich. The themes of resilience and standing up to large scale corruption against all odds has nothing to do with injustice I see firsthand. Just fluff.

Ps 1.99 ebook sale through the 31st. There’s a general strike tomorrow on the 30th, but my folks won’t rush to buy it now or wait a day. They don’t care about silly things like medical help getting shot by gov’t officials while body shielding a protestor, or increasing funding to see more of that totally constitutional use of executive power.

Another fun day of bookmail! 🥳

I received this stunning copy from @sillauthor a little while ago and absolutely loved opening this package! She surprised me with the sprayed edges and all the goodies. 😍

"Red Demon" is her science fantasy book that follows an immortal suffering with overwhelming guilt of a past she can't remember due to memory loss and the human hunting her for vengeance. It is perfect for fans of the "Red Rising" series or the "Poppy War" Trilogy!

Pics of animal book reviewers always appreciated.

Turtle doctor loves a good cozy book, meaning books that are the right texture to sleep on. He couldn't review Red Demon since that would be a conflict of interest, as he is on Oria Press' payroll.

Excited for the events at @hipchicksdowine, @rollingladdersrva, and @garteneats, as well as rejoining my writing group again after 2 weeks away.

I will slow down and write at some point, I promise. In the meantime, events do the most to support my writing.
