As we celebrate our nation’s independence this 4th of July, I want to take a moment to honor and recognize the incredible individuals on my fitness app who serve in law enforcement and the military.

Your dedication, bravery, and commitment to protecting our country and communities are truly inspiring, and I am grateful for all that you do.

To all my members who have served or are currently serving, thank you for your service and sacrifices.

And to everyone else, let’s take this day to appreciate the freedoms we enjoy and the people who work tirelessly to defend them. Happy Independence Day! 🇺🇸💪

***Nicholle is currently studying Pilates instructor courses when she’s not performing accounting wizardry at the VA, making sure our front line workers and doctors get paid.
She has competed in Figure competitons, and has the lowest resting heart rate of anyone I train.

***Rich currently works dangerous security details for political events in the Midwest- not super safe right now. He has competed in bodybuilding and enjoys collecting rare sports memorabilia when he’s not attending UFC and NFL events.

***Keegan deservedly earned “hardest worker in the room” award from my app roster. He never once complained during 75hard, Fire Academy, any of our training, or even when I told him grass fires are personally taxing to myself. Keegan will enter a bodybuilding show in 2026. by @silverfox_253
