Happy Labor Day!!! Happy birthday to me!! This was my special birthday this weekend! I made it a point to go outside! Worked out each day! And to enjoy family, and friends!! 🎂🎁🎉🎈9/3/1963! Those numbers are very significant this year. Because 3×3= 9. 3 is the day that I was born. 1963 is the year I was born. To sum it all up, I turned 63 this year! My day started off like this first photo, and ended like the last photo!! Like the rearview mirror on your car says “this object appears larger than it does in real time!” well, maybe not those exact words but you know what I mean. As you guys know, I’ve always been pretty thin, however I’ve started going to the gym for strengthening. And as we know, as women age, we start to lose muscle mass. So that’s my main goal. To gain strengthening, and maintain muscle mass. I don’t like working out. I don’t like the gym, however, I love the results! Due to a lot of stress that Ive had in my life, I lost about 12 pounds last year. So I am slowly but surely building back up! So although I may not look like it, I feel very strong. And that’s my main goal. My Little Kiki has kept me encouraged by keeping me updated with the latest workout gear, and sneakers! Because I was putting on anything, and everything to go to the gym!😂She said she couldn’t take it no more! She said if you are going to work out, you need to at least try to wear some decent workout clothes! So thanks Kiki for setting the tone on the gym wear etiquette rule…i guess! 😂. And to you and SABRINA for keeping my ego boosted and encouraging me keep going. Because I definitely need motivation, because like I said….I hate the gym!! 😂 I still have a long way to go. By continuing to try and stay healthy and exercise, is my ultimate goal! It really does keep my stress level down. I’ve learned that the more I stress the more I work, and the more I exercise. Hey everybody! I’ve been working a lot lately. However, I don’t let that stop me from getting up getting dressed and going outside! Hey y’all happy Wednesday! This weekend Kiki and I had a great time! Easy, no itinerary, really just being outside for the first time! We went to the convention center twice, had breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and that was all we needed! Lots of rest and relaxation! Happy birthday Julian!!! 🎂🎁🎈🎊. July 1,1989!! I had a boy 37 years ago! We named him Julian! I promised the good Lord that I’d take care of him. And God knows .. I’ve kept my promise!
