Did a thing today... competed in the Denver Dekathon with my wonderful peeps from CrossFit Topo! It was grueling workout, took me a lot longer than I wanted it to, and I loved every minute of it. Will definitely do this again! by @silverjoy2003

We did it!!! My good friend Anita Seavey Karlin and I completed the 75 Hard Challenge yesterday. This was one of the most worthwhile challenges I've done, and I look forward to continuing into the next phase.
