Potential nor Easter winds and rain could cause unsafe driving conditions. For the safety of everyone involved we all have made the decision to cancel this show unfortunately. by @silverstreamstudionj

It appears as though the universe did not want Forest Session 3.0 to happen. After recheduling the original date due to rain last weekend, it turns out we are getting an even more serious storm this weekend, so much like every other outdoor event in New Jersey, Sunday's show in the woods is cancelled. We tried our best to make it happen but it was just not in the cards this time. We will certainly see you all in the woods next summer for the next one though. Stay safe and dry out there! taken in Essex County by @silverstreamstudionj

Don't forget the rescheduled Forest Session, our rogue hike-in acoustic show in the woods, is this Sunday!
A lineup change comes with new date as well! We are super excited to be joined by local songwriter and friend of the studio @emmysblackbox as well as Sussex County bluegrass/americana duo @dirthognewton , as well as the legendary @cassieramone
As always, the exact location will be announced 24 hours before showtime along detailed instructions on parking and the very approachable hike in to the spot! Bring a chair, beferage, friend and leave no trace. See you there! taken in The Woods by @silverstreamstudionj

MOVIE NIGHT: This Friday, September 25th we will be screening one of the most legendary rock docs of all time, Dig! XX.
Two bands, The Dandy Warhols and The Brian Jonestown Massacre, navigate fame, friendship, and fierce rivalry in a raw journey through the music industry. DIG! XX is the 20th anniversary extended edition of the documentary DIG!, which adds new narration by The Brian Jonestown Massacre’s Joel Gion, features complete never-before-seen footage, and brings this epic tale through to today.

7:30PM but we will work in some time post film to hang out, meet our fellow community members, and of course bump somw Brian Jonestown Massacre tunes.

FREE (but appreciate anyone who can toss a few bucks in the donation jar so we can keep doing stuff like this🙏) taken in Montclair, New Jersey by @silverstreamstudionj

Sadly, rather than posting the location and parking info for The Forest Session that was scheduled for tomorrow, we are sharing that due to a very rainy forecast we are postponing it until next Sunday the 27th. This event is very weather dependent and we want everyone to be able to enjoy their time in the woods as much as possible. Currently, the forecast is looking fantastic for next Sunday and we hope you can still make it out to perhaps our most special show of the year. There will be a slight lineup change TBA shortly but rest assured the musical talent will remain top notch and will be a beautiful evening all the same.

Sunday, September 27th at 4:30PM (location still announced 24 hours before showtime)
