One of my BIGGEST pet peeves? Random sketchy generic bottles being used for your pedicure, no idea of what's inside 😭 That's why I only use Footlogix Professional products 🤌🏼

Hard truths about cracked heels no one talks about 👣

1️⃣ Exfoliation has to be precise. Thick callus and delicate skin can sit right next to each other, so each area needs a different level of exfoliation.

2️⃣ Removing more skin isn’t always better. Filing too much can leave skin sore or damaged.

3️⃣ A smooth-looking after photo isn’t the end of the work. Long-standing cracks take consistent home care and maintenance to improve. Sometimes the goal is to keep them shallow and comfortable, even if they’re prone to returning.

That “stronger” toenail overlay is a lie 👀

Toenails need ✨flexibility✨ to help distribute pressure from walking, shoes, and everyday bumps 🚶🏼‍♀️

Without that flexibility, stress can lead to product lifting or even separation of the natural nail from the nail bed 🚩 This is one of the most common reasons I see clients come in with toenail changes!!
