I got Lady at the end of August in 2021. And she immediately cost me over a thousand dollars in dental bills. I wasn’t mad, it was funny. That’s the gamble when you adopt a dog as is. At least she was free. Then the very next year, three weeks back and forth from the hospital before pancreatitis was finally diagnosed. Got lucky with the invoice but it was still another thousand dollars. Then in 2023, pancreatitis triggered again. Another thousand dollar vet bill. This doesn’t include things like exams and regular maintenance, just these fun one offs. This year I told her. No vet bill this year. She never listens. Ten thousand dollars later, we find out she has cancer. I actually started paying for insurance in case of the big C. I didn’t expect to actually use it. Insurance more than paid for itself with her gastroenteritis. Without it, we wouldn’t have known about the cancer. But we couldn’t do anything about it. It’s too much. I would have paid a thousand dollars a year forever. I’ll miss you, Lady. I’ll miss watching you on the camera feed. Seeing you waiting for me in the front window. The thought that you won’t be there to greet me when I get home is agony. I don’t know if you’ll go to your former owner and other friend when you reach the bridge. It’s okay if you do. But I hope someday, we can at least visit. And if not and your friend needs a place, go find Casey and Frisky and Mr Darcy and Bear and make friends. There’s a lot of friends who have lost furbabies recently and you all need to support each other. Play nice. One day we’ll be together again. by @silverwolf77

I have discovered the joy (danger) of third party figures. He's so cute! I'm out of practice transforming the toys so he took me way too long and now I need to change him back so he's safe in the box for now. Luckily it's tiny ball joints that are easy enough to snap back when they inevitably pop out during my struggles. It's nice he arrived today for me. #galaxytoys #optimusprime by @silverwolf77

First day of advance voting, not busy at all. We are not fixing anything by doing nothing, there's no such thing as a perfect candidate and until we truly tear down the system, the is what we have so go vote. And get a sticker. by @silverwolf77

Found watch online for me. Maybe choosing the dark background wasn't the best idea but I still like it. And it has the glow blue button. Haven't had a watch like this in years. Bonus, it keeps my expendable bracelet from falling off my scrawny wrist. #transformers by @silverwolf77

This is what the big Matrix is missing. Peter Cullen's voice. This is a bluetooth speaker but it lights up and has 11 lines spoken by Optimus Prime and its Peter. Totally worth it. You can even wear it around your neck like Galvatron! 🤣 by @silverwolf77

Couldn’t resist getting a shirt with my favourite dictator. I’ll have to make sure it’s clean for his birthdays. @retrokidofficial #KingFriday #correctasusualkingfriday by @silverwolf77

The lighting in my room is garbage so trust me, it looks nice. Peter’s death has inspired a lot of cool art and generous artists who put the art they work super hard on out there for people to print for free. Thanks @roguezero_the_apex_decepticon for your generosity. That said, support small artists and give them money. I can’t print them all but I put up a couple that caught my eye. #RIPPeterCullen #supportart #fuckAI #OptimusPrime by @silverwolf77
