Meet Silvio.

For Silvio, success is built the same way strong relationships are built: through consistency, patience, and showing up every day with purpose.

Whether he's helping clients navigate the financing process or investing time in personal growth, his approach remains the same: lead with integrity, stay committed, and always look for ways to serve others.

We're excited to spotlight @silviioo_ and share a little more about the person behind the profession.

There was a time when I thought success was measured by closings, income, and production.

Jesus taught me otherwise.

He taught me to trust when deals fall apart. To wait when answers don’t come quickly. To celebrate others when they’re winning. To be honest even when it costs me. To lead with gratitude. To serve with purpose.

The greatest blessing isn’t what I do for a living. It’s Who I follow.

I’m a loan officer. But first, I follow Jesus. by @silviioo_

Faith isn't just about what you believe. It's about how you live, serve, and treat people when no one is watching.

In this conversation, @silviioo_ and his Realtor partner, @gregorio.miami, discuss how their faith influences the decisions they make, the clients they serve, and the foundation they rely on when facing challenges.

A meaningful discussion on purpose, perspective, and staying grounded in a fast-paced industry. This is just the beginning of the conversation — more insights from Silvio and David coming soon.

Hollywood Beach 5k completed. Grateful for the strength to move and the discipline to showing up. Running is a reminder that every step requires perseverance, determination and strong foundation.

Sometimes “I don’t qualify” really means “I haven’t talked to the right person yet.”

There’s no shortage of mortgage misinformation out there, and it can cause people to count themselves out before they’ve even explored their options.

Your situation doesn’t have to look like everyone else’s.

Ask the questions. Look at the numbers. Find out what’s actually possible. Reach out to us today!

A great mortgage experience is rarely the result of just one person.

Behind every smooth closing is a team working together behind the scenes, answering questions, solving problems, and keeping everything moving forward.

This review is a reminder of how much communication and collaboration matter throughout the process.

Thank you, Liliana, for recognizing both Silvio and Thalia and for allowing us to be part of such an important milestone!

Good people, good conversations, and Miami doing what Miami does best!

Last week’s @uwmlending mixer at @amaraatparaiso gave us a chance to catch up with familiar faces, make some new connections, and talk all things mortgage.

And this one was extra special. As one of UWM’s top partners in Florida, our CEO @robert_bencomo14 was invited to take the mic and share his thoughts on today’s market, where he sees things heading, and what’s ahead for our industry.

A pretty great night to talk shop, exchange perspectives, and spend time with some of the best people in the business.

NEW CHANGES TO CONDOS EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY

I’ll be hosting a training breaking down the new Fannie Mae guidelines, what changed, and what you need to know when working with buyers and sellers.

If you work in real estate or lending, you need to understand what just changed especially when it comes to condos and property insurance requirements. 🏢🏠

Some of the biggest updates include:

• Limited Review is officially retired
• Changes to condo project review requirements
• Expanded Waiver of Project Review
• Changes affecting Florida condo projects
• Updated reserve requirements
• New property insurance guidelines

These changes can directly impact whether a condo buyer is able to get financing and how we structure deals moving forward. by @silviioo_

Another Clear To Close under 20 days! Hometown Heroes, Condo. All thanks to the amazing team I work with! All glory to god 🙏🏼 congrats to my buyers! by @silviioo_
