From the fitting to closing of the show, I admired and lived in this piece.
Blinding lights. Loud music. Heavy fabric beneath high heels.
Heart racing, hiding fear and pain — performing for the sake of art.
Once the music stopped and the applause took over, I stepped backstage and finally let the tears fall.
Some moments stay with you forever.
