For Senior Art Director Jimmy Sugg, that reset looks like weekends on his dirt bike, weaving through the woods and spending evenings around the campfire with friends.

As Jimmy puts it:

"Time in the great outdoors and around campfires with friends recharges me. A weekend of clearing the cache in my head helps me start Monday with fresh eyes, a new perspective, and renewed energy for the work I left behind on Friday."

Our people are what make Simantel, Simantel.

Earlier this summer, we invited artist Megan Couri to create a live art piece during our team celebration. But instead of just painting what we do, we celebrated who we are.

Before the event, we collected the hobbies, passions, interests, and little things that make our people unique outside of work. From gardening and woodworking to running, gaming, music, travel, and everything in between, Megan wove those stories together into a one-of-a-kind piece layered over the silhouette of our office.

Now it hangs in our creative space as a reminder that the best work comes from people who bring their whole selves to it.
