PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD ⛰️🦁☀️

One thing I started doing this summer was tracking the numbers I hit in my workouts so I can really make sure I’m pushing myself to surpass my limits each and every day. I went back to the first workout routine I used when I first used my 75lb weight vest and rep for rep just competed with myself from October, and I’m more than happy with my results in just a few weeks. I know better than to just look at visual results for proof, because the NUMBERS DON’T LIE!!!! I choose to continue 🦁👑☀️

• Weighted pushups
• Weighted dips
• Weighted close grip pushups
• Straight bar dips
• Diamond pushups
• Decline pushups

Push Work 🦁👑 most of my summer I spent preparing to move so it’s been rough getting my consistency in, but I’m happy that with change I’ve found new structure to surpass where I used to be. I choose to continue ⛰️☀️
