One thing about me, I will turn feeding myself into R&D. 😂

An UnRuly Tasting for One, made at The Lab in Freetown, Sierra Leone.

On the plate: spaghetti with our Roasted Garlic Habanero sauce, coconut milk and prawn heads, Kankanka prawns, blistered spring onions and garlic bread.

It was dinner, yes. But I was also testing how an UnRuly Pantry flavour could travel beyond wings and hold its own in a completely different meal.

That is the work.

UnRuly Kitchen creates the experience.
UnRuly Pantry develops the products.
YAKA builds the systems.
The Lab is where we test.

The wings are the vehicle. The sauces are where the product power lives.

POV: the Wednesday after the Tasting Room 😭🔥

The data said smoke. We listened.

Low charcoal. Fruitwood smoke. RGH × RosRos. Smokey Kankanka.

Took what we learned Saturday and put it straight into Wings Wednesday.

Then obviously somebody had to sample the samples.

She’s giving smokey + spicy.
Founder QC = nyamming for research purposes.
