Days. Like. This

Start before sunrise + finish after sunset
(07.22) (17.48)

= coolest training concept ever

Add some magical conditions ☀️🏔️ and you have an absolutely incredible combo

A true favourite of mine
Because its not a training concept
It is not a training
And it is not a concept

It is a way of life 🤲

Skyline Scotland Lochaber 80k

friendly atmosphere, great arrangement. remote landscapes. runnable trails, muddy trails. bagpipes. deers (in the mountains and in the streets!)

@skylinescotland you were proper, beautiful & very cool 🤝 looking forward to coming back

PS: very happy to win a @spartantrailworldchamp race again

PSS: and to pull off a decent banner lift this time (for the all important social media shot)

I could probably say alot but

THANK YOU for the love and inspiration 🫶

I'm so inspired and my heart so full I literally dont know what to do with myself

spending a whole week together with amazing people doing cool stuff makes a dream and my system is overloaded with positivity

as always I kind of crash when back home (and sick ofc) but my soul is jittling and I just want to get after it

so thank you, you are awesome and until next time 💫

xoxo
