We did our first family Hanfu photoshoot together! Our style is from the Tang Dynasty and I absolutely love this look!! OMG can I just rave how cute my daughter is??? Her hair with bunny ears are just too darn cute 😍❤️

The photo shoot was around $180 CAD which is a crazy good price!! It included 3 hairatyles, 3 makeup (I forgo makeup for baby cause she’s too young and I didn’t want to wreck her baby skin lol), 3 outfit rentals, studio and photoshoot. The entire process took 4 hours. Hair and makeup was about 2 hours, then we took a little break to feed baby and take some selfies. The photo shoot itself took about 1 hour.

My daughter was such a trooper lasting so long!!! She got tired and hungry towards the end so we gave her some milk and then she passed out for 1.5 hrs and woke up for dinner lol!

It was such a fun experience! P.S. It was also Ben’s first time doing full wig and makeup 🤣 Does he look demure?? by @simergy

Here’s a snapshot of my Day in a Life as a Professional Cosplayer, Guesting at an anime convention @otafest. I don’t usually share much behind-the-scenes of what I do with my work, but it is incredibly challenging to work while taking care of a baby at the same time. It is not impossible, but just down right hard. But I want to show my baby what I love doing, working hard for my passion, and my supportive community! For the record, he did not say yes 😤 Also FYI, when he proposed to me, I never said yes either lol🤪💍 This is our fourth year anniversary of getting married! Honestly, both of us completely forgot it was our anniversary because got so busy with baby and work. Ben actually lost his wedding ring in Hong Kong a few months ago and I’ve been meaning to get him a replacement one. Somehow this ring came yesterday just in time for our anniversary.
