A few highlights from last night’s Film Music Concert with the Simi Valley Symphony Orchestra!

Thank you to everyone who joined us for a magical night of film music at the beautiful House of the Book.

A huge thank you to the incredible SVSO musicians, led by Music Director Joseph Metcalfe, for bringing this music to life, and to our 2026 Film Music Competition winning composers and the filmmakers and composers whose original scores were part of this year’s concert lineup.

What an unforgettable night celebrating the music of film, from iconic scores to the next generation of film composers.

Thank you for being part of it!

I had the opportunity to attend the Simi Valley Film Festival @simifilmfest with Vestida de Blanco and enjoy this wonderful festival.

It was a true pleasure to see firsthand the incredible work, dedication, and effort of @katiegaribaldi and @composerjoe , who make this event possible. I take away such a beautiful experience and, above all, a great admiration for them and for everyone who works to support new talent and give visibility to cinema.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Katie and Joe, for allowing me to be part of this experience.

And a special thank you to Dr. Landon for inviting me, and to my dear @glaudibyjohanahernandez @glaudibridal for dressing me in this incredible gown and to the talented makeup artist @marha.makeup for making me feel so beautiful.

I hope to return next year, this time presenting a film.

See you at the next edition! 🎬✨

One of the best things about this year’s @simifilmfest earlier this month was the big number of friends and colleagues that also had their film’s represented in the festival! 🙌🙌🙌

So cool to watch @when_fighting_monsters_movie by the wonderful @sherilljquinn (who wrote, directed and starred!) once again after getting the chance to check it out earlier this year. Also featuring great performances by @itstomcokenias (award nominated!) and @torywofficial who I got to meet and know as well! 😊😊😊

Many more cool things and photos to share down the line! Congrats to Sherill and her entire team on their film! @rebeccatarabocchia and I had a blast hanging out this year! Also, catch her and some other fantastic folks in my film “The Alibi”, coming soon! 😁😁😁

Cheers, everyone!!! 🍻🍻🍻

Well… I guess I left my mark on the SIMI Film Fest. 😂🖐🏽🎬

A little teaser from an absolutely incredible weekend last weekend!

Thank you to everyone who came out to support WELL(NESS) and celebrate with us. Having so many of our people there meant so much to us. 🎥♥️🎬🍿

And a HUGE thank you to the entire SIMI Film Fest family. They made us feel so incredibly welcomed, celebrated and genuinely special as filmmakers, from limo rides to red carpet interviews, LONG Q&As for every filmmaker in the block and so much more! They really knocked it out of the park. 🎬🙌🏽

And now apparently I’m going to be immortalized! 😂 Myself, along with other filmmakers, got to leave our handprints, names and dates at the Simi Vibe, like our and their own little version of the famous handprints at the TCL Chinese Theatre in Hollywood. 🖐🏽✨ Our little piece of SIMI Film Fest history will be there forever!

Katie and Joe are beyond amazing humans, and to my fellow filmmakers: put SIMI Film Fest on your submission list. I HIGHLY recommend this festival. ♥️🎥

I’ve basically been in bed sick since Tuesday 🤧, so there is MUCH more to share when I’m functioning like a human again. 😂

For now… here’s a little teaser of an EPIC FILM FESTIVAL THAT I WILL NEVER FORGET! 👀📸
