Bride TOLU…….such a radiant bride 💍💐✨✨

We had our trial back in May, and it was such a great session! We began mapping out her bridal look and getting a clear idea of what would work best for her ahead of the big day.

Following the trial, three months later we had a Zoom consultation where we revisited her brief, fine-tuned the details and made sure we were completely aligned on the final look.

As always, I’ll always listen to my brides and make sure their individual needs, preferences and vision are at the heart of the makeup process. I’m so glad we nailed it and, most importantly, that Tolu was happy with the final result! ✨

I started this bridal soft glam with the eyes because my bride has extremely sensitive eyes, so doing the skin first would have been a waste of time!

We quickly learned during her trial that anything smoky on the waterline or underneath the eyes would trigger them, so for her wedding day we completely avoided the lash line and concentrated the definition on the lids instead.

And the semi-permanent lashes were such a game changer! During her trial, her eyes watered so much that the strip lashes simply refused to stay put. Getting semi-permanent lashes done before the wedding meant we could still achieve that beautiful, lifted eye look without irritating her eyes or constantly fighting with the lashes.

Bride Salena 💍💐💍

During her consultation, she told me she wanted soft glam but most importantly, she wanted to still look like herself.

As someone who doesn’t wear much makeup day-to-day, she knew she didn’t want anything too heavy or dramatic. She wanted soft, neutral eyes, beautifully enhanced features and a timeless bridal glow.

But beyond the makeup, she wanted to feel confident, beautiful and like the very best version of herself on her special day.

And that’s a wrap for me on the 2025/2026 football season⚽️

What a season it has been.So grateful to have worked with so many incredible talents, presenters, pundits, athletes and production teams this year. Early call times, long match days, long travel and sometimes intense travel days, catching flights,last minute touch ups, live TV pressure… and somehow we always made it happen 🤍

A huge thank you to all the amazing brands who kept my kit stocked, refreshed and camera ready throughout the season — your support never goes unnoticed. My kit (and my back 😭) are forever grateful. @embryolisseuk @ardellbeauty_uk @morphebrushes_uk @anastasiabeverlyhills @tolabanksbeauty

Football season may be over for now, and I’m definitely looking forward to a well deserved summer break from the pitches, studios and OB trucks but the glam never stops…
