5 years ago, I was working as a Kitchen staff at KFC around Eastern Europe. I fried several chickens daily😂. They wanted to use work to change my name😂.

But something i learnt that period is part of what has shaped my vision today.

During COVID season, when everywhere was on lockdown, KFC kept on opening more branches even when we had been disposing lots of chicken due to low Sales

I was like “why will you be opening other branches when you are still trying to make more sales this season”. The reply I Got was 👇
“We don’t multiply our branches because we are RICH, we multiply so we can be RICH”

One of the strategies for dominating is EXPANSION and MULTIPLICATION . Don’t remain in one position because all looks good or does not look good, gain more mastery and use the opportunity to expand and multiply. You will find more and better target audience.

The world is moving too fast for entrepreneurs to build with yesterday’s assumptions.

One lesson I keep reminding myself of is this:

“Make sure what you are sacrificing all your time or energy for is not what will already be outdated when you are ready.”

Don’t just work hard,pay attention.

Pay attention to the data.
Pay attention to customer behavior.
Pay attention to technology.
Pay attention to those with experience.

The entrepreneurs who thrive won’t be the busiest. They’ll be the ones who adapt the fastest.

Build for where the world is going, not where it has been.

When we relocated back to Nigeria from Europe in late 2022, I didn’t bother getting a car. At the time, our focus was on building our business, @wurafadakagc not because we didn’t have the money 😁.

Early 2024, my wife became pregnant with our first child, so I decided it was time to get our first car to support movement and daily activities.

About three months after getting the car, we attended a program at our church .During the praise and worship session, the Lord spoke to me and instructed that we give the car to another couple who were at the early stage of their ministry. Everything suddenly went blank 😄. I pretended not to hear and started singing even louder to suppress the voice 😂.
I eventually stepped out of the church to buy snacks so I could break my fast, thinking hunger might be the reason I was “hearing strange things” 😂.
When I returned to the service, God spoke again this time even louder. I had no choice but to whisper it to my pregnant wife. Her response was immediate: “Oh, that’s great. Let’s obey.”
I told her I wanted to think about it, but she replied, “No. Let’s give it to them today. Delayed obedience is disobedience.”

We got home, removed our belongings from the car, and drove straight to the couple’s house to hand over the keys.

Now, here’s the powerful part, their reaction.
They told us that a few months earlier, God had instructed them to enroll in a driving school. They had just received their driver’s licenses that very day, and they were scheduled to leave Ilorin early the next morning. This act of obedience affirmed their faith and reminded them that God was truly mindful of them.
We took a Bolt back home that day 😂.
Moral:
Wealth is a value chain. A system has been designed where your breakthrough becomes another family’s breakthrough and that family, in turn, becomes a channel of blessing to someone else. This cycle continues without you necessarily expecting anything in return from the person you helped.
If we can quickly understand this, prosperity will become a shared experience for many.
Be yielded. Imagine when everyone starts obeying these instructions to support others.
You are a savior too.

DON’T SHRINK.
I have a gist—but I’ll share that much later.

Dear friend, don’t shrink.
No one was there when you took the very first step towards that idea. You did it against all odds. You believed when no one else could see it.

Now that the bold steps you took are testing you, still—don’t shrink.
These challenges are not punishment; they are proof. A test of grit, reminding you why you started in the first place.

Here’s the good news: you are not alone.
Everyone who chooses to live and not merely exist faces moments like this. Growth has a price, and this is part of it.

What to do:

-Show up.
Double the courage you started with. This is not the time to retreat.

-Ignore the noise.
People will always have opinions about you and your struggles—that’s normal. When the table turns, the same people will say they always believed in you 😂 (speaking from experience).
Let their talk fuel you, not frustrate you.

-Learn.
Pay attention to the season you’re in. There is a lesson hidden in the storm. Learn your way through it.

-Calm down.
No matter how strong the storm is, it will pass.

-Stay joyful.
Joy may not come naturally right now, so be deliberate about it. Keep your mind positive, open, and free—this is how strategies and solutions will find you.

-Identify.
Seasons like this test the strength of the people around you. Those who stayed only because of your potential will be exposed. This season separates the weeds from the crops.

-Look back—you have always won with God on your side.
This one will not be different, no matter how big it looks.

Tell yourself boldly:
“I AM COMING!”

You are not building in vain if you have been Sent! Keep showing up.

I had the privilege of representing our great company, @wurafadakagc at the just concluded Ecowas Festival in Senegal after we were selected as one of the top innovative fashion companies emerging from Africa.

Deligates, Participants, Guests and investors m were blown away by the solution we are offering @wurafadakagc .

I spoke extensively on the potentials within the continents of Africa and urged the Government, Investors and well wishers to support African creativity now that they can, because, we are the next Big thing and Nothing is stopping us!

I was really encouraged, especially after several projects we embarked on this year. We did not entirely meet all targets but we went all out!

It’s been 3 years of relocating back to Nigeria to build this system and God has been good to us.

What we are building @wurafadakagc is not something you see or experience on the regular.

Watch out for us in 2026!
