Okay, let’s keep this raw and real…

This is actually my LAST BOTTLE of the Garnier Fructis Keratin Filler, and I’m not going to pretend I’ve got all the answers when it comes to my hair.

I’m currently on a journey trying to figure out what actually works for my hair loss, brittle hair and damaged ends. 🥺

So I’m trying different products, different ingredients and different routines and honestly… I’m taking you along for the ride.

Some things work.
Some things don’t.
Some products I’ll repurchase.
Others… absolutely not. 😂

But this one? I’ve really enjoyed how it makes my hair feel — softer, smoother and more manageable, especially when my hair is feeling dry and fragile.

Hair care find that surprised me! 🤎✨

I’ve been giving the Garnier Fructis Keratin Filler a go, and my hair is LOVING it! 😍

My hair can get dry, frizzy and a little rough through the lengths, so I was looking for something that would give it that soft, smooth and healthy-looking finish without making it feel heavy.

After using this, my hair feels:
✨ Softer
✨ Smoother
✨ More manageable
✨ Less rough through the ends
✨ Shiny and healthier-looking

The formula contains a 19% Keratin Repair Complex, Marula Oil, glycerin and shea butter, plus hydrolysed corn, soy and wheat proteins. The combination is designed to help nourish and condition damaged-looking hair.

Some key ingredients:
🌿 Marula Oil — Sclerocarya Birrea Seed Oil
🥑 Shea Butter — Butyrospermum Parkii Butter
💧 Glycerin
🌽 Hydrolysed Corn Protein
🌱 Hydrolysed Soy Protein
🌾 Hydrolysed Wheat Protein
✨ Aminopropyl Dimethicone — conditioning/smoothing ingredient

The full ingredient list includes Aqua/Water, Cetearyl Alcohol, Behentrimonium Chloride, Citric Acid, Cetyl Esters, Glycerin, Glycine, Marula Oil, Shea Butter, Aminopropyl Dimethicone, hydrolysed corn/soy/wheat proteins, Hydroxypropyl Guar, Polyquaternium-37, fragrance and fragrance allergens including Linalool, Coumarin and Limonene. Ingredient formulations can change, so always check your own bottle for the current list.

My verdict? 💕
If your hair is feeling dry, damaged or just needs a little extra TLC, this is definitely one I’d keep in my hair-care rotation!
