POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Bailey,

Von jenem Tag an,
im Mai vor neun Jahren,
hast du unser Leben verändert,
uns herausgefordert,
zum Lachen und zum Verzweifeln gebracht
und jeden einzelnen Tag mit Liebe gefüllt.

Du hast uns auf unzählige Abenteuer begleitet,
das kroatische Meer bezwungen,
den Wiener Schnee auf Luftballonen erobert,
in hellblauen Wassern getaucht,
die Wälder nach Eichhörnchen abgesucht,
Schlittenfahrten durch Pulverschnee gemeistert
und Schneeballschlachten gewonnen.

Bis zum Schluss hast du gekämpft
und nie deinen Lebenswillen verloren.

Nun ist es still -
kein tapsendes Eintreten ins Zimmer,
kein morgendliches „Iaz geat wos“-Schütteln,
kein kratzendes Schlafwandeln,
das uns den Schlaf raubt,
kein unermüdliches Schlecken,
das uns zur Weißglut bringt.

Was bleibt,
sind Momente,
die wir nun Erinnerungen nennen.

Das Loslassen fällt unendlich schwer.

Doch in unseren Herzen wirst du weiterleben.

Für immer
ein Teil
von uns
