How this pose came about? Someone was playing with the rose in the background and “click”, a light bulb 💡 came on in my head

Sincerely, going from eating 1 time a day, to 4 times a day is a huge milestone. Though I’m not steadily completing my meals, I’m trying my best…. Thanks to my coach fr @temple360_ @oboz.x for her patience and always willing to accommodate my choice of foods, while still making sure that I eat right.

What’s in the wrap?
Lettuce, eggs, chicken, mayo, and cucumber

In the toast, it’s just 3 boiled eggs

From the moment I thought of using the air fryer for my sweet potatoes, I knew it was a mistake

Believe me, I actually did complete my meals

P.S; I’m a really picky eater, and my coach has really stretched me these past 3 months😂😭 Both in my diet, and in the gym!

In the Greek yoghurt muscle bowl, we have; Greek yoghurt, apple, almond nuts, cashew nuts, honey, and granola.

I’m definitely going to do way better as time goes one by @simnissi

Toronto Dump 🧳

You see sky pictures, you see me

Nobody needs to tell you I love the sun

Toronto has beautiful architecture

Do I need to say anything? If I could be a mermaid, or a dolphin😂

For someone who’s scared of heights, what business did I have here????

The joy

My travel buddy 🥹❤️

I saw a man take his kids pictures like this and I said wow, I didn’t think of that. Thank you sir for your idea🤗

Happy place

Like I said, beautiful architecture! And the cast of the sun on thisssss, splendid

This is a Muslim museum.

❤️

Reminded me of when I was taking photography classes. Symmetry
