I have a new project in the making and I am kind of excited about it. I can’t share and tell too much (because its unfinished) but it’s a mix of motion capture, poetry and 3D-rendering - something the back of my head wanted to do for a very long time.

This has been a really intense year so far! 6 shows in 4 months while moving the studio 🫠 Juggling art, a university job and a baby - I finally understand, what “the rush hour of life” really means. Nevertheless, I really enjoyed how it all went down and I’m super grateful for all the opportunities to show my works.

I will share more details about the new studio, as soon as I have found my place there and fully made it my second home. Meanwhile, some insights into the production process of the last shows at @planeth1060, @stadtgalerie_raumimpuls, @artemisgallerylisbon, @galeriehilger, @galerijabj and Schloss Wolfsberg.

Shout out to @sonntaghenriette, who assisted me with my latest works in the studio. It made production a lot easier and more fun! 🔨

Somehow mesmerizing, the play of light and shadow on this relief. After experimenting a lot with different light situations and my sound piece, the setup of my soloshow at @galerijabj / Slovenia is done. I am really looking forward to the opening on 25th of July. Thanks to @miha_colner and his team for inviting me, it has been a pleasure.

Another semester at the university is almost over. I have been teaching my lecture “Drawing: Here & Now” for the fourth time. Coming back from my baby break I somehow had the idea to take it slow and steady… but the opposite happened :) This course was packed with side projects like no other course I had before and I had so much fun during all of this. I would like to share a couple of the things we did and say thanks to all the amazing people who offered their time and ressources to make this way of teaching possible.

Some of the things we did (besides classic drawing) in random order:

1. Ceramic portraits & sculpting (Thanks for the help with our project to @keramikstudio_angewandte, @sascha_zaitseva and @3sechzig )
2. Excursion to @heidihorten.collection (Thank you @verena_kaspar_eisert for the support)
3. Drawing at Narrenturm @nhmwien
4. Authentic Movement session, guided by Anija S Dartizio @d_aartichoke
5. Blind walks in Stadtpark Vienna
6. Postcards for @ail_vienna (An initiative by @_evaweber)

Shout out to my students! Thank you for the motivation, the inspiring talks and fun times.
