And finally, Part 3 of my Lanserhof journey takes us to Lanserhof Sylt—the newest addition to the Lanserhof family and, in many ways, the most distinctive. I had the opportunity to visit Sylt as part of a @tourdemed_official journey, exploring some of the world’s leading health and wellness destinations. The first thing that struck me with Lanserhof Sylt, was the architecture. The building blends beautifully into the dunes, with natural materials, floor-to-ceiling windows, and light-filled spaces that make you feel connected to the island at every moment. Sylt itself is breathtaking—wild beaches, endless dunes, fresh sea air, and a slower pace of life that instantly makes you breathe a little deeper. What makes Lanserhof Sylt different from the other Lanserhof houses is its atmosphere. While the same world-class medical philosophy is at its core, Sylt feels noticeably more relaxed and social. It is the kind of place where you could happily come with your partner or a group of girlfriends. Your days are still filled with doctor’s appointments, diagnostics, treatments, and therapies, but there’s also time for Nordic walking, outdoor activities, and meeting other guests over healthy meals. I found Lanserhof Sylt especially appealing for anyone looking to improve their mental wellbeing. Alongside its medical team, the resort offers psychological support, dedicated stress resilience programmes, and one of its newest innovations—the Neuro Sleep Reset programme—for guests struggling with stress, burnout, or sleep. I’m grateful to @tourdemed_lt for making this journey possible and for giving me the chance to experience firsthand how differently world-class wellness can be delivered, even within the same brand. Excited to share Part 2 of my @lanserhof experience—this time from Lanserhof Lans, the very first Lanserhof resort. I had the opportunity to visit Lans as part of a @tourdemed_official journey, exploring some of the world’s leading health and wellness destinations. Built in the 1980s, Lanserhof Lans is the birthplace of the Lanserhof Method, where the concept has been refined over more than 40 years. While all Lanserhof resorts follow the same philosophy of combining modern medicine with natural healing, Lans feels like the heart of the brand. It’s where many guests come for the classic Lanserhof cure—focusing on gut health, detoxification, fasting, metabolic reset, and preventive medicine. Today, the resort offers advanced longevity diagnostics, hormone health, mental health, long Covid recovery, and personalised programmes designed around each guest. What also sets Lans apart is its atmosphere. The estate is smaller and more intimate than the newer resorts, making it easy to meet people, strike up conversations, and build genuine connections. Around 70% of guests are repeat visitors, so friendships naturally develop over the years, giving the place the feeling of a close-knit wellness community. And one of my favorite surprises? Spotting @acala_lietuva, the Lithuanian non-alcoholic aperitivo, on the menu.
