Thanks also to Nathan at @thepedalercyclery for getting me dialed in on the fit with my new set of @bontcycling Vaypor SLs, and a set of @cobra9 innersoles being moulded as we speak.

It’s one thing booking a one-way flight domestically, but it’s another to book it internationally.

I’m beyond elated & excited to be heading to Brisbane at the end of the month to join the team at @echelonsportsaustralia in Customer Service and Sales, working with some of the best brands in the business on the ground in their offices in Tingalpa.

The Return of the King. After a 15-year hiatus, the @cervelo Soloist name has returned to the Cervélo range, and what a way to return.

This was a hell of a lot of fun to build up. Having a blank slate to work with meant I was able to spec this with as many @prv_newzealand brands as I could, and it’s resulted in this beauty in the Embers colourway.

It’s the Goldilocks bike: more aero than an R5, lighter than an S5, and all in a great value package for an incredible bit of kit. Can’t wait to put this through its paces.

What an incredible last few days; watching two of your closest friends tie the knot, in the most glorious of locations & under the most perfect weather you could imagine.

Congratulations Jacob & Chantelle, thank you so much for allowing me to be a part of this special day in more ways than one. You just can’t beat love ❤️ looking forward to seeing more photos of the day come through!

I’ve been telling a few people as a bit of a laugh that I’ve gone full MAMIL and bought an endurance bike, but quite frankly this bike is anything but.

I’m bloody impressed with the 2022 Cervélo Caledonia-5 running 12sp Shimano Ultegra Di2. It handles super well, it’s smooth on even the roughest roads, and it even has enough clearance for up to 35mm tyres (gravel…?). If it’s good enough to podium at Paris Roubaix this year, it’ll be good enough for me.
