Well! Someone told him to give me bunny ears and he ended up telling me.... I'm number one‼️🤣Loved being able to see my business family and my family in Tampa this trip. In and out trying to take advantage of the small moments in time that go by so fast while trying to do it all. Especially grateful Enzo got to hang with his great grandmother Boo Boo this trip! 88 years young!Trying to reach for the stars and take people and business to another level, while not missing precious moments with my children. Something I try to do my best at every week and month. It's always cool when I get to BLEND both together.Memories with me and my little man Enzo this trip! 🙌❤️ by @simonarias

YOU DONT NEED TO ATTEND EVERY ARGUMENT YOUR INVITED TO‼️ Let that sink in.... I Have seen evil defeated with the spirit of the Lord. I Have seen silence overcome noise. I have witnessed Love overcome Hate. Trust the PROCESS. I was raised to meet 🔥 with 🔥 and I have learned there is a time and place for everything. Sometimes the best thing you can do is nothing, stay focused, and get to work and let God handle the rest. ✅ Actions speak louder than words.✅ The loudest Boos come the cheapest seats. ✅ Usually the loudest hate comes from the weakest beings.✅ The biggest blessings come after the biggest storms Stay strong 💪 and Stay HUMBLE 🙏 BUT.... Every thought has a price‼️Your thoughts can cost you your peace, confidence, focus, and ultimately your future. I’ve learned that much of what we want in life starts between our ears.Talent matters. Drive matters. But eventually, you have to master your mind.Train your mind to see the growth opportunity in every setback. Learn to believe that somehow, everything is working FOR you—even the bad.Be built by inner conditions, not external circumstances.Adversity will come and go.Emotions will come and go.The MISSION can NOT. Keep Believing. Keep Working. Don’t negotiate with weakness.Be ruthless with what you allow into your mind. Great start to the day today. So often I see leaders asking how can they get people to be competitive, or to do certain things that over and over again they prove they don't want to do. They frustrate themselves and the other person by trying to get them to become something they don't want to be. You can develop people for sure, coaching and developing makes a difference. But at the elite levels, it's deep in their soul already. You have to attract top talent then develop it. by @simonarias
