#otter swiftly travelling downstream this morning. In the second video, I’d got ahead of it and set up to wait for him to come into shot. He dived under just before, you can see the ripples he made. He surfaces, swims to the bank, gets out on land has a shake before settling down for a little while. Shortly after I’d stopped videoing, he came back to the water and had a little wash and groom 🦦😍 taken in Beccles, Suffolk by @simonbond33

First #otter encounter this year, very brief though. I was suspicious of waves travelling across the river, when the wind was blowing downstream. Patience paid off, as this otter slipped through the reeds. The second video shows the otter swimming right to left. I don’t know whether this was a second young otter, I didn’t see two at once, and there was no calling going on. Lovely to see though 😊 by @simonbond33

Wonderful start to the day, caught up with a mum and her pup breakfasting their way upstream. Looks like the little one is watching and learning. Mum is catching crayfish maybe? 🦦 by @simonbond33

Re-hanging our lovely landscape by @mgoldsworthy_ . I think it could do with reframing though. Mark is due to have an exhibition of his work soon. I’ll try and add the details! by @simonbond33
