Hey friends! As a kid, I always wanted to know how a pro soccer player trains. I remember telling myself that if I ever made it pro, I would invite other kids to come to my training sessions. With that, I wanted to invite a few of you to come train with me ☺️. If you’re in the Los Angeles area and want to hop in a session please comment or DM me if you are interested!

It is not a soccer camp—you will be hopping in a training session with me. It will be a small group for the session to make sure we get good reps 😊.

#AbbViePartner Hey friends – let’s talk about mental health 🗣️. We should  pay attention to the words we use  to describe mental health conditions like bipolar I disorder and major depressive disorder because  it may affect how people view themselves. For #MentalHealthMonth, let’s  try to be more intentional with how we talk about mental health because it may impact how comfortable people feel to seek help and talk to a healthcare professional.  What’s one shift you want to make in how you talk about mental health?
